We are an employee benefits planning firm. We do not try to be all things to all people by "handling" multiple lines of insurance such as liability, property, worker's compensation, auto, homeowners, etc. Each one of these areas requires specific expertise and it is very difficult for one contact to be well versed in all of these areas. We will refer you to qualified professionals in the other areas of insurance planning.
Our focus is on your goals and objectives. First, we work with you to develop a strategic plan relative to your employee benefits package. A comparison is made between your strategic plan and your current program for areas that are aligned or in conflict with your current benefits program. Necessary changes will be identified, a market analysis will be completed, plan decisions will be made. Employee communication and implementation is key to a successful program.
Factors that influence appropriate plan design and cost sharing structures are specific to your organization. Some of these factors include industry, company size, the current labor market and the challenges in attracting and retaining employees. Other factors include risk tolerance, the general health of your employee population and trends in the marketplace.
You must look at your benefits program with the same mindful consideration given to any other major business decision. Focusing on what is important is what we do.
